Our Transitional Ministry pathway goes beyond the typical short-term, technical training model. We offer a two-phase process that blends adaptive leadership development, cohort learning specific to transitional ministry, and personalized coaching to help participants apply their learning in real time. Led by seasoned transitional pastors and certified coaches, our two-phase process equips leaders to lead change, not just maintain stability.

At the End of the Two Phases, You Will:

Transitional Ministry Training

Cohort-Based Learning | $750 per person

  • Cohort made up of Ordained Pastors.

  • Introduction to transitional ministry and adaptive capacity.

  • Video Learning Modules to expand your knowledge on Adaptive Capacity Leadership.

  • Peer-based learning with live case studies.

  • Panel discussion and deeper training in transitional tasks.

PHASE TWO:

Executive Coaching

Personalized 1:1 Coaching | $3,000 per person

  • Executive coaching to help you continue to grow in your own adaptive leadership with an AESL-certified coach.

  • (Months 3 & 9) focused on case studies and transitional leadership tools.

  • Includes Tempered Resilience and Lessons in Leadership.
