We work to be sure that you are working with the right person for your specific context. That is why we have worked to have many different backgrounds and professions in our company, to be able to serve as many different situations as possible.

    Co-Owner and Senior Consultant

    After serving in private practice as a licensed marriage and family therapist, Beth worked for Fuller Seminary and TAG Consulting, coaching students, pastors, and business leaders who are leading adaptive change.

    She speaks and leads workshops helping leaders to thrive in the crucible of change.

    Co-Owner and Principal

    With over 30 years of leadership experience, Tod holds an MDiv and PhD, has written five books, speaks all over the world and is in demand as a consultant and executive leadership coach.

  • Angela Bae Williams

    Managing Director

    Born in South Korea, raised in the Pacific Northwest, educated at Wheaton College and University of Southern California, Angela crushes to-do lists with warmth and efficiency.

    Overseeing all project management and client services, Angela brings experience in higher education, tech, and leading an innovative start-up project.

    Training Director and Senior Consultant

    With a strong background in theological training, team and project management, and instructional design, Erin’s passion is leading faith leaders in culture-shaping change opportunities.

    She spent eighteen years on staff with Young Life, where she equipped global leaders in vocational, spiritual, and relational growth through implementing vision and goals into tangible programs and systems.

  • Daniel White

    Daniel White is a lead pastor, coach and senior consultant. His eclectic background as a Presby-pente-gelical helps him work with churches across a broad theological spectrum. He specializes in working with leaders who wish to pursue healthy systems and teams—especially boards and professional staff. He assists leaders in naming and framing adaptive issues that will allow for personal and professional health. If he didn’t love this work he would be a plus-size model or a bartender.

  • Heather James

    Heather James is a Transitional Pastor, Leadership Coach, and Church Consultant located in the Pacific Northwest. She loves to come alongside leaders and congregations facing big decisions or seeking to find a way forward.  

    Heather also has a heart for those who are weary in the midst of the demands of ministry.  Heather lives with her daughter in an old farm house and loves to kayak and read, although not at the same time.

  • Roy Inzunza

    Roy is passionate about coaching others towards deeper identity and calling, as well as consulting with leaders through leading change initiatives.  He is a certified spiritual director, has a Masters in pastoral care and counseling, and is a Doctor of Ministry candidate with an emphasis on Leading Change at Fuller Seminary.  Roy is the Executive Director at SquarePatch, a company that provides corporate chaplaincy services to the workplace.  Roy and his wife have two teenage boys and a fun fact is that all four are musicians.  He also enjoys cycling.

    Linda Roberts is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Spiritual director and an Executive and Life Coach.  She brings all of these areas of expertise to her coaching relationships helping clients with integrating personal, vocational, and spiritual, and team growth.

  • Matt Lake

    Matt Lake serves as the Lead Pastor of the First Church of Williamsport, PA—an urban congregation that consists of a mix of traditional and contemporary worship experiences.

    Matt has worked with a variety of churches in a consultant role and has a passion to see God’s Kingdom lived out through lives transformed in the love of Jesus Christ.  Matt passionately loves Jesus, adores his beautiful wife Jennifer, and is doing his best to keep up with his three amazing children—Alexandra, Joshua, and Zach.

  • Morgan Murray

    Rev. Dr. Morgan Murray is a pastor and executive coach who has been practicing adaptive leadership for twenty years. His life and ministry have been forged in the crucible of conflicted church systems and difficult family dynamics.

    In addition to adaptive leadership training, Morgan is a certified Gallup Strengths coach, a certified transitional pastor, and trained spiritual director. A gifted communicator and group facilitator, Morgan’s passion is to see individuals, teams, and organizations be as healthy as they can be.

  • Amy Drennan

    Amy Drennan is a native Texan who currently resides in Southern California. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and certified Spiritual Director.

    Prior to her move to California, Amy was a campus minister with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in Texas.

    Currently, Amy teaches at Fuller Theological Seminary as Affiliate Faculty in the areas of Psychology, Spiritual Direction, and Adaptive Change. Additionally, as the Executive Director of Spiritual Formation, she manages spiritual formation initiatives, leaders, and grants that serve Fuller students, staff, and faculty.

  • Craig Williams

    Craig Williams is a transitional pastor, coach, mentor, and church planter. Over the years, Craig has assisted hundreds of people discern their call to specific kinds of ministry. He has helped guide leaders in the formation of new communities of faith. As well as understanding the dynamics of new communities, Craig has developed skills in helping congregations identify their core values and guiding them in how they can adapt the richness of their past to the mission God is inviting them into now. One of the ways Craig addresses this is by drawing from years of spiritual direction as it applies to discerning what God is doing in a particular context.

    Craig and Dee live in San Clemente, CA and have been married for over 40 years. By God’s grace, they have two adult daughters and a son-in-law who are people of faith.

  • Michelle Louis

    Dr. Michelle Louis draws from 25 years of experience in psychology, educational leadership, and organizational development as a researcher, therapist, executive coach, and professor. She has a professional coaching credential from the International Coaching Federation, and experience coaching diverse change leaders from across the globe through the Adaptive Leadership Network, founded at the Harvard Kennedy School. Michelle serves on her Minneapolis, MN-based church’s leadership board and is 2024 CQ Fellow, working with a group of 20 international leaders to advance the practice of cultural intelligence. She founded The Leading Mind, which offers leadership training and consulting focused on the "inner work" that principled and sustainable leadership requires. Michelle loves the outdoors and she and her husband are preparing to run the NYC Marathon to support World Vision.
