Individual Coaching

Group coaching is a small cohort of 6 leaders who meet together for four monthly sessions to discuss their own case studies in adaptive change with a certified AESL coach.

Executive Team Coaching 

Our coaching for Executive Teams includes a monthly session with the team and individual monthly session for each member of the team.  This combine coaching approach accelerates the whole team's capacity to lead effectively

  • Are you or your team stuck in the middle of a particularly difficult adaptive challenge? Would you just like to get some time with an experienced coach to “get up on the balcony”; with you and help you better name and navigate the real-time problem?

    Our experienced coaches are available for one-off 90-minute sessions where they will guide you through the Adaptive Change process for helping you get unstuck and identify next steps for facing your adaptive challenges.
